5. Installation Precautions
For interior walls – If the rough wall has a flat layer of cement mortar without loose sand, the panels can be directly bonded using 955 silicone structural adhesive. If the wall is uneven, it is recommended to first install a layer of plywood (at least 5mm thick) before bonding.
For feature walls – After constructing a wooden frame, the panels can be directly bonded using structural adhesive, nail-free adhesive, or universal adhesive.
Cutting and processing – Standard woodworking saws can be used. The panels can be nailed, planed, drilled, and sanded.
